Rollup 14th June 2019

3 man Stableford - 3 - to count

Abdul bin Fisk Aziz

Blustery conditions today played havoc with the scores in this 3 ball (all to count) team stableford

competition however thankfully it stayed dry following the recent spell of wet weather. We had thirteen teams of three with two players completing a monthly rolling stableford round. All scores were entered on the computer and was classed as a qualifying competition.

Full individual results and handicap adjustments are published on the Club web site but please see below the team scores and winning amounts. In addition there is a prize for the first and second place and congratulations to Alan Chance who won with 33points on count back with Bob Rees in second place.

There was only one '2' scored by Gordon Brent on the ninth who scooped the pot, well done to him.

Tragedy struck for Brian Frost as he signed for a card which had two scores on the back nine entered against the wrong holes. Not only did his top score of 38 points not count but to add insult he was cut 1.6 for his fine round. Again a lesson for us all CHECK YOUR SCORES and don't trust that your playing partner has it correct.
