An important message from The Pope.
THE SENIORS CAPTAIN'S CHARITY DAY GOLF COMPETITION
on Thursday, 2nd May.
The most important day in the Seniors Calendar is imminent and to raise
money for The Guide Dogs we need sponsorship.
Please can you approach local business's - your hairdresser, local pub, plumber or shop and ask if they would "Sponsor a Tee".
To make this easier there is a letter which you can give to the sponsor explaining the scheme together with the Competition flyer and these can be collected from the Roll-up booking-in table.

Come on you 160 odd members who enjoy being part of the Seniors Section, but perhaps do not get involved in the 100's of hours of work that goes into running the Section.
Please think of some small way you could help, donate a raffle Prize, unite with your ex work colleagues and sponsor a tee ( Police/Army/Navy/ Teachers/ Clark's Shoes etc).
Ask your dear Wife to bake her favourite cake or just slide an envelope of cash into the Post Box - or any Member.
Stuart puts his heart and soul into this and each of the past 2-years has raised 4-Figures for the Captain's Charity.
