Roll-Up Wednesday 12th December 2018
4BBB  Fourball Medalford - full handicap

Sixteen early players and twenty-eight later players contested today's Medalford competition.
The weather was fine and dry if a little chilly and windy.
This was a four ball better-ball competition and as usual, unfortunately, we had an extra player to accommodate. Roger Stone drew the short straw and played a Rolling Stableford, Scoring 28 Points.

The team of Danny Dowell, Barrie Heath,
James Siabi, and Chris Gingell received the sharp  intake of breath as the perceived dream team.
However, as often happens to favourites they are still dreaming. Scores on the doors and prize money are listed below. There were sixteen birdies which
resulted in the small payout of 34p per team member.
The team of Stuart, Ian, David and Bert  registered the fine number of six birdies which returns £2.04 each, almost enough for a cup of coffee!

Peter Spencer- Farr Seniors Captain.

Before we start with pics of  the Day's Golf, Dickie & Jenny have commanded us to publicise the last chance in 2018 for us all to get together, with the Ladies.

So on Friday December 21st - from say 12:00 onwards, we'd love the Ladies to come up and join us for a Christmas Drink and chat for an hour of so as we trickle in from the Golf. Early starters may wish to invite their Ladies a tad earlier, but an overlap would be nice.

Unfortunately, the Club is so busy with their Christmas Programme we cannot provide any 'Formal Food' - but a bar Service should be available on an Individual basis.

The last chance to buy your Tickets for Dickies fabulous Hamper...
Which WILL BE DRAWN AT 14:21 PRECICELY.

..and back to the Golf, with a few Pictures...
