Super Seniors Trophy
Sadly playing conditions gradually deteriorated throughout the morning with a continuous drizzle setting in towards the end. Scoring overall was therefor generally lower than usual but the winner Edmundo Paoloni with 37 points put together a solid round starting with two birdies in the first five holes and scoring 21 points on the back nine.
Prize money was shared between the top four places. Finishing scores and places can be seen below, congratulations to all the competitors. It is pleasing to note that every year numbers increase, a testament to the NHS and the resilience of all concerned.

& The Roll-Up
Looks like the Tee-Times worked OK, with times allocated from 08:00 to 09:00, then 10:10 - 10:30 allowed 2 separate groups to get away and leave Super Seniors in peace in the middle.

Wet and miserable today, unbelievable that the longest day is only a few days away. Best of the conditions were earlier on and the first groups took full advantage and posted the best team scores. This was Super Seniors Trophy day but it still left six teams of three to compete in a 3-2-1 Irish Waltz. There were only two
birdies scored by Dave Mugridge to give his team the birdie money.
Alan Chance/ Martin Leigh/ Mark Sanders 73pts 1st £4.00 Each
Neil Cochran/ Jeremy Blackburn/ Phil Dewar 72pts 2nd £2.00 Each
James Siabi/ Derek Gardener/ Barrie Heath 70pts
John Pearce/ Ken Trott/ A.N Other 69pts
Peter S-Farr/ Dave Mugridge/ Ian Housham 68pts 2 Birdies £2.80 Each
Mike King/ Brian Marsh/ Dave Walgrove 56pts
Nobby & Dickie went out as a pair and played Matchplay, but by the end neither had any idea of the result and demanded their money back.
Dickie asked me to publicise a 'Pie-Night' but I forgot the date & time so need input please Dickie.
