Match versus Long Sutton...
..and captain has sock troubles.....
..he has a hole in one !
When one has his best round for ages then the course is
superb, the company is great and the meal and general day is hard to beat and
everything is pushing up roses ****.
May I say what a wonderful match we had against Long Sutton.

Yes we lost again....
but only by the narrow margin of 3 1/2 to 2 1/2
with three of the matches halved all of which could have gone either way.
Why
so good you may ask, well John MacOmish and I won 3 & 1 with yours truly
scoring a hole in one on the seventeenth to secure the win.
Yes it cost me a
bit but Hey Ho. Actually it was a fine fixture against a friendly local club.
