Yellow Ball 2 from 3 Stableford
Wow..so many updates, I hope you are keeping up with them all....
Wow..so many updates, I hope you are keeping up with them all....
If a team looses their Yellow Ball, early on in the round, there
is a huge clamour to never play the format again ….
but if teams triumphantly return theirs then it's the best competition we can ever play.
The noise today was definitely anti as only five yellow balls out of seventeen made the round trip and over half were lost in the first few holes. It is true that all the prize money was shared by the teams who did return their yellow ball and they were dominated by the higher handicappers.

Long and wrong is dangerous and
slow and steady wins the race!

Glorious day however and Brian Frost, Roger Davis and Derek Gardener scored 116points to win the day and claim the bragging rights. In addition seven team birdies were recorded. Full results are listed below :-

| Nobby makes good use of handicap..but Robin was big scorer with Yellow , Two 6 Pointers and Four 4 Pointers |
![]() |
| Mr Hone in disgrace with very 1st shot of his Team..and last with Yellow ball. |
![]() |
| Another Team that was dead after a single shot.... |

| James played safe on 1st and pulled it left..but the 2nd shot still finished in the practice range |

Dave Smith lost theirs on attempting the corner on the 1st, Mark Cording made it to 12th when a shank to Green was never seen again. Frank found 1 Yellow on Hump approaching Green on 4th...but whose was it ?..believe Eric & Co went OOB on the 3rd..and so it went on...
