Three Man Team- Irish
Waltz
Stableford Competition
3 to count- 2 to count-
1 to count waltz
Forty players rolled up today for an Irish Waltz 3-2-1 to count
Stableford Competition. One team were thrown a curve ball and when asked on the tee what to play were inadvertently told three scores to
count holes 1 to 6 etc. ( The lengths some teams go to in order to gain an
advantage.---nice one!---). Blustery day today, quite mild but hard work. John
Sweet drew the short straw and played the Rolling Stableford returning 33points, good effort
John.
Ian, Clive and Gordon won the day with a solid 40 out and 37 back total 77,
well done.

We did have a new member today who joined the early group, Mr M. Dew.
Unfortunately I did not meet him and I believe John did not get his photo for this blog.
However a warm welcome to you Martin.
