Scramble
Well what an interesting day, we turn up to play an
individual stableford to find thick mist and the course closed. Some seniors
went home others had phoned up & decided to give it a miss. As the mist
started to lift but not knowing if it would stay clear I decided to play a
scramble which at least would give us a game and to see how the weather would
hold. 27 seniors played in the scramble and Ian Fielder volunteered to play in
the monthly stableford.
