Report 2 Ball Hassle 23/12/15
- With the Captain away today, JP on Grandad Duty, Keith keeping the Christmas peace and deciding to play golf with his wife, that’s the sure way of him knowing that he loses before he starts, with no handicap chop, I will make my first attempt with the report.
- Conditions are getting more and more soggy on the course, no doubt with the weather forecast, it won’t be long now before we will have to go to carry bags only.
- The Early Birds managed to have 3 Two Balls, and as usual held the early ‘ leaders in the clubhouse’ score with Martin Bargery and Mike Mosser having a net 55.75
- The late starters had 21 players so one team had to go out as a three ball with a 1/6th combined H/C. All other teams played off ¼ combined H/C
- There were no 2 spots today so the money will Roll Over to the next Hassle which is on the 4th January 2016

Normal Domestic cuts apply 2shots for winners 1shot runner up, however as
there are no more competitions before the New Year these Domestic chops will
have no effect as the Domestic rules are changing. (Read previous Emails etc to
revive your memories)
- The scrutineer thanks all members for the improvement in the clarity of returned cards, but would still like a little more care to be taken when Texas Scramble and Hassle cards are filled in. Please ensure that scores are entered in the correct column.
- May I take this opportunity to wish you all A Very Merry Christmas and Great Golfing in the forthcoming New Year.
