Monday’s 3B Stableford all to count is ready for online signup. Please sign individually and draw will be made on Saturday for team formations. The new handicap system will be in place. Since it is a 3B team competition with all to count, handicap allowance will be 100%. Please remember to check your handicap before you start playing as with the new system, your handicap can change with every game played. It is the responsibility of the player to put the correct HANDICAP INDEX on his card and the correct gross score. John Wandless our handicap Secretary will be publishing more information relating to our new handicaps and rules on the blog within the next 24 hours or so.

As my term of captaincy is coming to an end,

I am running thin on what to put in my reports just like my predecessor PSF was running out of jokes to tell.

So I will have another go at the weather, as it is a well-liked and talked about subject in Britain. You could say we got away with murder today and until we finished the forecasts couldn’t have possible be any more wrong than they were.

A lot of heavy rain, high winds and hail storm turned out to be only a 3rd correct as the wind element was as forecasted and it proved to be the main cause of some poor scores across the board bar one (38 points by R Davis & B Rees with the average score for day being 31 points).

There was only 1 2’s paying £8.50 each and the recipients were Mark Sanders & myself which is a lot of money for hitting a lucky shot.

I set off so early this morning that Marge never had time to complete her vehicle checks....

must have nigh broken the course record for a 2-ball...
Roger was commenting on having played with Bob several times recently...but keeps pocketing the money.....
