29 Monday, 24 Wed, 27 Friday - come on get signed up , not matter if you can only play on 1 day everyone will get a game.

Several faithfully turned up, some driving quite a way like F-Bob, others phoned the Pro Shop and some cancelled via WhatsApp..As usual, we solved World Hunger up at the Marquee and most of us headed for home.  Nice to get a Pic of Clive & Mark  at the finish-line as it never got much better until Midday when the Sun Shone and the Wind Dropped.

F-Bob reminded us about the Royal Bath & West Show back in 1957 - They had erected a Marquee for the Fancy Chicken Competition, where expensive birds were groomed and preened for Judging. Suddenly a gust of wind took away the Marquee completely, leaving the Hen-Pens exposed. When they were finally allowed back in the collect their belongings - The Winning Hen, complete with Rosette and Gold Cup, had been stolen and were never to be seen again.
