The Weeks Ahead

First an apology from the Seniors' Blog  for advertising the 50% Meal Deal Scheme proposed by HMG.

CST did look at signing-up to this initiative but it proved so complex to administer, requiring an additional member of Staff to separate all the items for invoicing it would never be practicable. 

Bigger Companies probably had their tills etc all set up by head-office , but smaller enterprises would have to set up the systems themselves.

Owners receive approval for planning application involving hole 8,9 & 10.

Heck of a lot of conditions to accommodate Bats & Bees, Birds & Mice, Environment, surroundings etc and must be started within 3 Years.

Monday 3^rd August Challenge Cup R1 Qualifier

Another well attended event with 65 seniors turning up to play the first round of Challenge Cup. This was our 8^th qualifier of the year and we are on target to have the required 20 qualifying rounds over two years this November. Remember the best 8 rounds from rolling 20 qualifiers will define the new handicaps on November 2^nd .

 

Scores were more in line than the previous highs. With quite a few 39 pointers which was some 5 points below the previous round of 44. Average point scores for Div. 1 and Div. 2 were 33.38 and 30.15 for Div. 3 were seems to follow previous trend.  Our today’s divisional winners are as follows. Well done all of you.
