Course Closed but at least a dozen that would have gone out if they'd have let us.
Few complaints about lack of updates , but Blog was updated as we arrived at Course, around 07:59 when 'Course Closed' sign was on 1st tee.
The old system of phoning for an update seems to be no more.
Now for a lovely note from Barrie, which explains everything you wish to know about the Cyder Cup....not good for me as not only did we lose, we didn't pay..so a double whammy !
We have at last sorted out the Cyder Cup payments.
The Captain’s winning team will receive £3.50 per player,
this will now be paid into your account.
Now for the hard bit, some of you paid in the pro shop by
asking it to be taken off your account, unfortunately this did not happen, as
you will see on your account, so I have 6 names in total, 3 who need to pay £2
cash to Keith, they are: Paul Matthews, John Pearce & Peter Spencer-Farr,
then the other 3 who were on the winning team, may I suggest that we simply pay
£1.50 into your account instead of the £3.50 total winnings.
I humbly apologizes for the mix up in the pro shop, which
caused this problem, as it was no fault of yourselves.
