A total of 58 seniors, made up of 21 early & 30 late starters
played in the Scramble today, in what
turned out to be a pleasant day with fairways having less roll & greens
were actually showing pitch marks, yes, it’s time to get out the pitch repair
tool again, please.
Well done to the winners
today who came in with six birdies, which included three 2s.
The Seniors Open on 5th
September is still down on numbers from last year, so please put your name
down, even if you only put one name down it may prompt others to join you in a great days golf, with prizes down to the first
five places for both home & away teams, and also in a aid of a worthy
charity.
