PAYMENT
OF ENTRIES TO DRAWN MATCHES
WITH
ALLOCATED TEE TIMES.
Any matches
which are drawn with tee start times
allocated, payment should be made in the Proshop.
Payment can
be made using your Club Account Card or you can pay with cash.
Cash payments will be added to your
club account and then taken out so you have a record, an email will be sent
confirming payment.
Any winnings
will be paid to your Club Accounts.
When the
draw is made and tee times allocated, a copy of the start sheet will be given
to the Proshop and they will enter the names onto the club computer booking
page. You will be able to check your
times and will also be able to see if there are any vacant slots for late
entries. If you are unable to play you
can delete your name from the booking page (or phone the Proshop) so that names
can be added from a waiting list.
You will be
advised if the scores need to be entered into the computer in the entrance to
the Proshop.
Roll-Up matches
There will
be no change to the procedure
for roll-up matches with the payment and draw carried out in the Sports Bar.
