3-Ball Texas Scramble
Only 9 early birds and 21 late starters played in todays competition plus 2 in the Rolling Stableford, three teams managed to get into the 50s today with one team DQ for playing the wrong green I think it was the seventh, the team in front played the temporary green but then the greenkeeper moved the flag back onto the main green and
for some reason they still played the temporary although the flag was on the
main green, Mike said as they were the last match everybody else had played the
temp they did the same. Although it sounds a good reason I’m afraid You must play to the flag.
Remember round 7 of the Winter League is on
Monday 19th with round 8 (the final round) on Friday 23rd (Yet to go on the
blog), so check your start times under the Winter League heading.
