3 Ball Irish Waltz Stableford
With a foggy start to the day, 12 early birds and 32 later birds turned up for a bit of Irish.
Two stalwarts volunteered to play the Rolling Stableford leaving 10 teams of 3 in the later group.
Conditions were warm and pleasant after the fog cleared.
11 birdies were recorded paying 0.63p per birdie per player.

Martin Bargery, Martyn P was playing with Twose & Roy. To add confusion , Martyn asked "Why

Messrs Pope and Dowell were involved in some friendly (I think) wagering on who could get a birdie.
The treasurer 22 points and the scrutineer 34 points played in the Monthly Stableford, but wished
they hadn’t.

Stuart was in trouble with his great grandchildren in New Zealand who have already opened their presents. He'd sent them a wooden Fort Laramie for them to build and enjoy. He had a tweet complaining there were no Cowboys or Indians to play with.
In an Instant, via 3 meetings , a phone call and breakfast, Stuart responded....
"Well surely it's the Fort that counts..."
