Scramble (15 Holes)

Early Birds and 33 late starters played the 3-Ball Texas Scramble today,
again it stayed dry but windy, I think now that winter approaches we are all
finding the rough heavy going unless your built like Popeye to get out of the
long grass, also considering we only played 15 holes again it took far too
long to complete the round.

As this
is my first report as Captain I'd like to thank everyone who wished me all the
best for the coming year, and thank you to all who attended the AGM and the
dinner. We started off my charity for 2018, Clic/Sargent, with £140 from the
raffle following the dinner, again a big thank you.
