March 16 - The Day we changed for ever...

As predicted, the Machines were out in force and we were all squeezed around the back as Lorries, Layers, Sprayers, Rollers etc were abundant.

so we all headed around the back on the new M99 !

..and some couldn't take their eyes off the work.

Roll Up was Huge and only the very best would win today....
Bertie could do no wrong as he carded 21 out and 20 back - and that was just the 16 holes he was used ! Drove to 4 Foot on 2nd & sank it.  Through Green on 5th from Bunker & sank return chip. On Green for 2 on 8th and sank 8 footer, Just off Green on 9th and sank a 15 foot putt for his 4th Birdie.

Deano very busy with expensive Cedar Cladding.

and of course Tarmac continuing out front

Seeing Lorry after Lorry arrive laden with steaming tarmac, plus all that machinery, few can still be surprised at the cost of the job and the massive investment made by the owners !
