Next season, I am seriously
thinking about starting early so that I stand a chance of being in Fred
Oliver’s team.
Today we played a Medley, 6
holes 4BBB, 6 holes Foursomes and 6 holes Greensomes. Apart from confusion at
the start about the sequence of the 3 formats, this had little bearing on the
eventual outcome. I shall only record the first three places as many of the
rest would arguably be ineligible for prizes, either for lack of points or
through disqualification.. Unluckiest of
all were Richard Hall and Brian Marsh who came back with 20 points but couldn’t get going on the front 9 scoring
13.
Only two birdies were scored
paying £6.50 per team.
