A cool sunny and pleasant golfing day saw 45 seniors turn up to play in today’s 2 from 3 discard stableford. We had a new member joining us today Andrew (instant success) Rowland who tasted an instant success ending up as runner up with Mark (Constant winner) Cording and Roger (often there or there about) Davis. The winners with an identical score but a better B9 score were Brian Marsh, Mike King and Clive Fisk. It is worth mentioning that the early birds occupied three of the four top positions. Well done all.
There were Eight 2’s and the team with the lowest Stableford score having two of the 2’s paying £0.93 each. Another let down by the captain promising his playing partners that he was going to deliver on the next hole until they run out of holes. A big apology to Barrie and Norman
