Cricket St Thomas Seniors 2

Captains Report on the Jurassic Challenge 17/04/2018

12 teams of 8 players played a BB which included 2 teams from Cricket St Thomas Seniors, this was played at Lyme Regis with a 09:20 shotgun start,
this was followed by a two course meal with coffee.

At least we all had a dry round as the rain and mist came in as we were dining,
but oh did that wind blow again today.

Our teams results are listed below but as they only read out the winners score  which was Honiton with 160pts, I have asked them to e-mail me the full results so I can  publish them later.

Stuart asked me if I would mention the five holes that he scored 3pts on but I never saw the card to confirm this, John Wandless won a prize for a 2 on the  3rd hole & Bob Barrow won nearest the pin on a par 3, + George & Stuart won on the raffle so it was good to hear our club read out a few times.

A big thank-you too all the players who entered today and from what I heard  you all enjoyed the day and look forward to next year.
