12 early birds played in the BB today plus 18 late starters,
it was a job to spot your ball on the first

Wow some scores today, we had a 46 in then two 48s, Roger
and I were going to write down the winners when right at the end in came Bill
& Ian with 50pts & looking at their card they shared out the points
quite well.

We noticed a small pile of Easter Eggs building up in the Clubhouse with an appeal for more to be donated for a local charity, sorry I forget which one. They were not 'Giant Eggs', so no need to go too mad, but any additions I'm sure would be appreciated.
Tomorrow, of course, is Pancake Day.

Poor old Gordon came a cropper on icy path...and lost 2 points for his landing....SLrrrr...
  Jim Hewitt was back after 5 weeks with a broken hand...he seems to have recovered quite well after all but driving the 3rd Green and was not too far short on the 7th...a pretty handy 7 Handicapper.   |
