Cricket St Thomas Seniors 2

3 Man Hassle– 19^th  October 2015

 

A bumper turn out today of 49 Seniors for the Hassle. There were 15 teams of 3. Four members played in the Rolling Stableford. It was decided that as the turn out was so high that 5 prizes should be awarded. There were no two’s and a decision was made to buy Jackie Hill a bunch of flowers for all the efforts she has made, and give the remainder to charity.

 

The only teams to equal or beat par on the day were the teams which finished first and second, Geoff Dean’s team winning by virtue of a greater handicap allowance. All other teams’ gross scores more or less reflected their final position.

Four members played in the October Rolling Stableford. Tom Downey scored 29 points and Bernie Skeels  scored 28 points. There were  two no returns.
