Well the rain had certainly passed this way...

Pictured is Bill Pratt, 8 Handicapper, playing off just 3 today in his first venture as a CST Golfer - just moved into Crewkerne...unfortunately drew Pearce & Hill and came last...

..but only a few spots managed to break though our force field.

Winner 1 - Keith Won the Irish Bingo in a tense battle with Good-Evans - Litre of Bushmills & Baileys for Fran.

Winner 2 - Rep of Age UK Somerset telling us all how much Eight Thousand flipping pounds will do to help their Charity...but Captain & Treasurer looking a bit worried.

Winner 3 - John Baker collecting Clubman of the Year.

Played in 107 of the 24 Matches, rules Quiz, taking on role of Secretary...he doesn't say much but actions speak, louder than words and the pen is mightier than the 8 iron - thanks to Keef for writing this little anecdote for me. 

   Pictured those participating of Dinner & Bingo, then another 20 arrived for the AGM at 14:00.

Irish Bingo will still take place for all those participating of Lunch.

Message from Captain about Wednesday

I think we can all agree that the forecast for the coming couple of days is pretty dire. 

The golf element for Wednesday will go ahead as as follows:

If the course is open it is planned to put the golf on in the same format (2 from 3, Shotgun start 08:40) for those who wish to play but teams & holes will be drawn on the day to match attendance. I will be at CST to manage this from 08:00. 

The meal and then the AGM will go ahead from 13:00 as programmed for all who have put their names down. 

If you do not want food I need to know before the end of today otherwise you will be charged. Captain Keith
