6 early birds and 21 late starters played in todays
competition plus 2 playing in the February Stableford, it was played in cold
frosty conditions but with glorious sunshine all played on temporary greens,
we decided to play this format today instead of the listed Individual
Stableford, we thought it would be more enjoyable with all greens set as
temporary.
Bryan Frost had 44pts in the February Rolling Stableford
today, that’s what he thought of been given shots back recently.
I’m sure you have seen the notice board about our Charity
Open on 03rd May, Stuart Pope who is organizing the day is looking
for sponsorship of £20 per hole, plus £25 per table for the 12 dinner tables.
Stuart is doing a great job as always but he needs our help in finding sponsors
so chat up your local shop or business to help towards the Clic Sargent Charity, this really is a charity day where after
costs all the money goes to the charity.
