Nobby's Birthday
12 early birds & it should have been 27 late starters but Mac
Everett paid his £1.50 and was drawn out with Brian Frost & Terry Hackling
but decided to go out with the few that played 9 holes leaving Brian &
Terry one short so unable to play in the Stableford. They decided to only play
9 holes in the end. Just to make it worse, two had already gone out first to do
the rolling stableford as we were already one short. So please let’s have a bit
of thought & consideration as to what is going on.
There were some good individual scores today namely a 43pts +
quite a few with 38/39pts.
We also welcomed Tim Purrett to the seniors today (hc 18), I hope
you enjoyed the experience Tim despite the mud and hope to see you on a regular
basis. + happy birthday to Nobby you don’t look 6. OK, I
lie sometimes.
