Pretty good turnout as the sun brightened the skies as 39 Rolled Up, 15 Early and 25 late, Bob Rees was drawn for Ind Stab but Chris B gave up his place so he could go home and study the obituaries.
Both Captain & Vice were on Match duty against Axe-Cliff so Roll Up was in 'auto' until Nick arrived & took charge.
On Duty with Team was Stuart Pope who goes in for surgery tomorrow, so we wish him all the best...in the match...so he registers in a good mood !
Even had Sir Edward Bryden up for a chat and to walk a few holes, looking well although not strong enough yet to face Farmer Bob disqualifying his card...
Talking about DQ, nearly had one today until Nobby explained that their card had to be re-written on a new one as it was a mess...so this is the 'New One' they submitted...considered a DQ but thought it was more embarrassing to show their score...
