3 Ball Irish Waltz
The Lull
Before the Storm, so we are led to believe. In calm and rather winter humid
conditions 27 players played a 3 Ball Irish Waltz, normally the early birds set
the pace in these team events, however it wasn’t until the 6th team returned
their score card that a decent points score was forthcoming .This was a relief
for Bert Robinson, as just recently he has been dragging near last place, in
team events. The Captain was unable to play today having sustained a pulled
thigh muscle playing on Tuesday in a blood match against his son. He will
return on Friday (hopefully) for the last game before the Christmas break.
