Wednesday 27th July - 4BBB

..so just waiting for Captain's report as we had Committee meeting after Golf today...so I'll just give you Nobby's Joke of the Day...

He got a leaflet though his door the other day, entitled "Sex at 65', Come and join Us"....
..so Nobby thinks, " well I live at No.58 so I think I'll give it a go, it's just a few doors away "

...and here it is...

A good turnout on an overcast day with 20 teams competing in a four ball better ball. Two thirds of the teams finished within 6 points of the eventual winners, Mike Hone and Danny Dowell. Danny scored 3 birdies in the first 5 holes and then slowed down to give the rest of the field a chance. Mike Hone recorded the score very neatly.

10 Birdies today, on 1st (2); 2nd(2); 5th (3); 6th; 10th & 11th- worth £1 each.
