Winter League (4) Report
What a
difference a day makes, yesterday thick misty rain, when the Ladies had their
Turkey Trot, and the Cheddington Wanderers had their Xmas meeting at CST.
During the round, it is reported that Nobby chipped into the Bunker on 18th and his ball settled into the Digger Bucket. He retrieved his ball and tried again, only to hit the digger full on and shot left OOB. Thanks to best mate Bryan for the detailed report. Congrats to Ray Gudge for organising the day.
Today the sun came out and enabled 44 Seniors to participate in the 4th Round of the Winter League.

It was noted that
all the score cards have shown a considerable improvement when scores are
entered. HOWEVER, some players are still forgetting to ring their Birdies, if
the scrutineer also misses them, then tough luck, you will miss out on the
Birdie payout.
